This picture was taken at the very first gathering of the Northern California BC Listers, way back in June 1995. Included is the first known instance of a BC List Cop in action, and also in uniform. She seems to be chastising Lucie, who was rather well-known for the tartness of some of her replies (I still miss her, but then I never provoked her wrath).
